Brief / approach / result
In 2023, I revisualized one of my older courtyard projects as a focused exterior-rendering study. I used the existing design as a base and shifted the emphasis to atmosphere, material response, landscape and architectural light.
The exercise let me test an exterior environment beyond the interior work that forms most of my portfolio, developing vegetation, glazing, paving, façade materials, exposure and depth across a dusk setting.
I refined the balance between cool ambient light and warm integrated lighting, using layered planting and contrasting surfaces to strengthen the arrival sequence and improve the realism of the final images.
